Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident when shopping with The Tiny Human Training Manual. Please review the information below before completing your purchase, and if something goes wrong with your order, reach out so we can help. 💚

Digital Products and Printables & Mini Literacy Packs

Because digital products are delivered electronically and are available for immediate access, digital purchases are generally final and non-refundable once the purchase is complete.

However, we understand that mistakes and technical issues can happen. Please contact us at Marissa@tinyhumanmanual.com if:

  • You accidentally purchased the same digital product more than once.
  • You purchased an individual Mini Literacy Pack that was already included in a bundle you purchased.
  • Your download link isn’t working.
  • Your file won’t open.
  • A page is missing or the file isn’t displaying or printing correctly.

For duplicate purchases, please contact us within 14 days of purchase so we can review the order and, when applicable, refund the duplicate purchase.

For file or download issues, we’ll work with you to make sure you receive a working copy of the product you purchased.

Physical Products & Merchandise

Many of our physical products are made to order, which means they are created specifically after your order is placed.

Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • A change of mind after the order has been placed.
  • Selecting the incorrect size.
  • Selecting the incorrect color.
  • Other incorrect product options selected by the customer at checkout.

Please double-check your item, size, color, quantity, and shipping information before completing your purchase.

We know mistakes happen, so if you notice an error immediately after placing your order, please contact us at Marissa@tinyhumanmanual.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled once production has begun, but we’ll review the situation when possible.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your merchandise arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us at Marissa@tinyhumanmanual.com within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number.
  • A brief description of the issue.
  • A clear photo showing the problem.

We’ll review the issue and, when eligible, arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued through the original order/payment method when applicable.

Once a refund has been processed, the amount of time it takes to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
